C. SO TOO.
1. Preachingand visit all day, Monday to Friday, the Saturday is for work with Youth Ministry.
2. We need working in Counseling Minister, the Tismapeople they are a very humble and very poor. They need very spiritual and material support.
3. Develop different program for Educational Ministry, this is very important for church growth.
4. This work will achieve this out through visits to the families of new members of the church, once you attain them, develop evangelistic activities where we are visiting people interact and feel part of the local church. Also conducting evangelistic crusades where the people who have already spoken have the opportunity to feel a call to conversion through baptism.
So, this work is carried out by retaining new members, as this is one of our weaknesses in the Latin American churches of Christ, and here in Tismais no exception as only a man cannot do everything, hence the need to change strategy and team work, that would give a good result in the distribution of ministries in the Church. We will also begin as a working team to involve other siblings through a mentoring project.
